Tom Holland and Zendaya reacted to the news that Spider-Man is back in the MCU after a deal was reached between Sony and Marvel.

Marvel fans, your prayers have been answered. Tom Holland's Spider-Man will remain in the MCU after protracted negotiations between Sony and Walt Disney's Marvel. Back in August the future of the hero's role in the MCU was called into question when it was revealed that the two studios were struggling to reach an agreement on financing.

Now, that the standoff has been resolved, there is no one happier than Tom Holland, himself. The 23-year-old actor reacted to the news on Friday (Sept 27), posting a video to Instagram that perfectly explained just how he was feeling about the news.

Tom shared a clip from The Wolf of Wall Street (2013) where Leonardo DiCaprio's character, Jordan Belfort, screams out "I'M NOT F**KING LEAVING!" In the clip, Jordan's supporters go wild, which is pretty much what every Spider-Man fan must be feeling at this very moment.

Tom also captioned the video with the smirking emoji. How appropriate.

His Spider-Man co-star, Zendaya, also reacted to the news. Zendaya kept the same energy on Twitter, posting a dancing Spider-Man gif that truly captured the mood of the day.

As if that wasn't enough good news, Marvel and Sony also announced that they would be working together on the upcoming Spider-Man film, officially confirmed for a July 16, 2021 theatrical release.

See guys, all's well that ends well. But please, no more toying with our emotions, Marvel and Sony. We don't think we can take any more fighting between our parents.
