Maitreyi Ramakrishnan is the actress who plays Priya in Turning Red on Disney+. 'Never Have I Ever’ is the first TV series that Maitreyi Ramakrishnan has ever been cast in. She was rehearsing for a school production of ‘Chicago’ when she auditioned for the role. Maitreyi voices Priya in Pixar's Turning Red, and she's set to make her film acting debut in Netflix's upcoming romcom The Netherfield Girls, a contemporary adaptation of Jane Austen's novel Pride and Prejudice.
