Keiynan has previously said he is attracted to both men and women but explained he prefers not to label his sexuality. Talking to Pink News in 2018, he said: "Sometimes I’m bisexual, sometimes I’m gay, sometimes I feel straight, sometimes I’m not anything. It doesn’t matter. Either way, throughout all of that, I’m Keiynan.”
