Eli Brown plays Otto “Obie” Bergmann IV in HBO Max's Gossip Girl. Obie is a character that represents ‘privilege’, and acts as new girl Zoya’s guide to the Upper East Side. Fans of Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists will remember Eli as Dylan Walker in the series.
