Hopefully Netflix releases all the nest deleted scenes from 'To All The Boys I've Loved Before'.
To All The Boys I've Loved Before was possibly Netflix's most endearing films of the year. Lana Condor and Noah Centineo's portrayals of Jenny Han's beloved characters were certainly a bright spot for film and tv lovers in August.
The film's finished product gave fans the warm and fuzzies, but one of TATBILB's youngest stars has revealed that there was a scene she wished had made it in.
In an interview with Tigerbeat, Anna Cathcart (who plays Kitty) opened up about one deleted scene she wish had made the final cut.
"There was one where Kitty and Lara Jean are eating breakfast by themselves. They’re home alone, and they’re just sitting there at the kitchen counter, eating cereal. It was such a simple scene but it was so hard for me and Lana to keep a straight face," she revealed.
"We were eating Lucky Charms and whenever she wasn’t looking, I would pick out the marshmallows from her bowl and keep eating. It was really cute! I hope they release it one day," Anna told Tigerbeat.
One of the most special things about To All The Boys I've Loved Before is how much the sisterhood clearly means to Lara Jean, Margot, and Kitty. As much as the movie is an adorable high school love story, it also illustrates family bonds that come across beautifully on screen.
We definitely would have loved more Kitty and Lara Jean screen time and we also hope Netflix releases this adorable sounding deleted scene.
At the same, if Netflix has any deleted Lara Jean and Peter K scenes that they're hoarding, they can go ahead and release those as well!
Anna Cathcart also told Tigerbeat that she wishes the cast could get started on the sequel "tomorrow" and we're definitely on the same page.
