The American Horror Story spin-off is set to bring familiar stars and all new faces to the AHS universe. Find out which actors are playing which characters here.
Ahead of the release of American Horror Story: Double Feature, Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk are treating us to a spin-off series. Comprising of a series of standalone horror stories existing in the AHS universe, AHStories will give viewers a brand new cast every single week. Fans will recognise some familiar faces (Billie Lourd! Cody Fern! Matt Bomer!), and be introduced to new stars who will no doubt remain part of the AHS family for seasons to come. Sierra McCormick plays Scarlett Winslow in American Horror Stories episodes 1 and 2, Rubber (Wo)man. Scarlett moves into the Murder House with her parents Michael and Troy. Shortly after moving in, Scarlett discovers the infamous rubber suit and after putting it on, becomes at one with the spirits and history of the house. Sierra is most well known for her roles Curb Your Enthusiasm, Supernatural, Jessie and A.N.T. Farm. [Alamy]
Kaia Gerber plays Ruby in American Horror Stories episode 2, Rubber (Wo)man. Ruby is a ghost who is confined to the grounds of the Murder House. She took her own life in the house after she found out her parents sold her to an abusive man. Kaia, who is a model and the daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, is new to acting. American Horror Stories is her first major on-screen role. Kaia is also reportedly set to appear in AHS: Double Feature. [Alamy]
Paris Jackson plays Maya in American Horror Stories episodes 1 and 2, Rubber (Wo)man. Maya is one of the popular girls at school, who tricks Scarlett into flirting and engaging in sexual activity with her on livestream. She ends up being murdered at the house following the encounter. Paris, who is the daughter of Michael Jackson, has a few acting credits to her name. She guested on MTV’s Scream, and played Nelly in the 2018 film Gringo. [Alamy]
Matt Bomer plays Michael in American Horror Stories episodes 1 and 2, Rubber (Wo)man. Michael is married to Troy, and together with their daughter Scarlett, they move into the Murder House with plans to renovate it. He ends up becoming a ghost in the house after being killed by Ruby. Matt Bomer is an AHS favourite, having appeared in Freak Show and Hotel. Elsewhere, he’s best known for his role as Neal Caffrey in White Collar and Ken in the Magic Mike films. [Alamy]
Gavin Creel plays Troy in American Horror Stories episodes 1 and 2, Rubber (Wo)man. Troy is married to Gavin, and they move into the Murder House with their daughter Scarlett. While renovating the house, Troy begins an affair with contractor Adam. Troy is killed by Ruby and is now a ghost in the Murder House. Gavin is best known for work in musical theatre, with lead roles in The Book of Mormon, Hello, Dolly! and Hair. [Alamy]
Aaron Tveit plays Adam in American Horror Stories episode 2, Rubber (Wo)man. Adam is a contractor hired by Troy to help renovate the iconic house. He starts an affair with Troy and it’s soon revealed that he also brutally murdered a co-worker after they find a pile of dead bodies hidden within the walls of the house. Aaron is best known for his musical theatre roles, as well as his TV roles, which include Tripp van der Bilt in Gossip Girl and Mike Warren in Graceland. [Alamy]
Merrin Dungey plays Dr. Andi Grant in American Horror Stories episodes 1 and 2, Rubber (Wo)man. Dr. Grant is a therapist who is brought in to help Michael, Troy and Scarlett, particularly with Scarlett’s penchant for violent sexual fantasies. Dr. Grant also regularly references “the other therapist” who lives at the house, Ben Harmon.
