Kylie Jenner's Now In A Fat Fight After The Company Behind That Billboard Drama Hit Back

Kylie Jenner is a celeb who's in seriously high demand.
She's got 73.8 million followers on Instagram, so if you want someone to advertise your brand Kylie would be high up on your list!
Well it appears that one company in America may have attempted to cut some corners.
As you can see from the image at the top of the page, DoctorFatOff appear to have used an image of Kylie to promote their fat freezing business.
Although for eagle eyed readers, you might notice something not quite right...
That model isn't actually Kylie!
The company seem to have used a model who looks pretty similar to Miss Jenner in order to use her celebrity and promote their business.
At a quick glance you'd be forgiven for thinking it was actually Kylie...maybe!
Of course the Kardashian/Jenner clan won't stand for anyone using their image without consent.
Reports are suggesting that they've launched a legal campaign to have the billboard taken down.
But now Shoreline Wellness Centers and MDS Med Spa, the companies behind Dr FatOff, have hit back!
Their lawyers have written a very clear cut letter to Jenner's legal team which they believe explains everything.
In the letter, they reveal that the model on the billboard is actually Cassandra Groscost, 'an employee and daughter of one of the managers of the companies'.
She is an aspiring model/singer and according to them 'the companies did not seek out Cassandra based on any similarity in appearance to Ms. Jenner'.

According to TMZ, Ed Meyer, the rep for Dr. FatOff, has told them that the billboard is staying up.
So if Kylie really does want it taken down, it looks as though she's got a bit of a fight on her hands.
