Keepy Uppy... All The Way To Barcelona

In the meantime, we've the chance for you to become a keepy uppy world record holder!

We are working with Nurishment active, Birmingham County FA and the University of Birmingham to set the world record, which currently stands at 1,377 people. We're looking for 1,650 people to smash the record!

If you think you've got the skills to be a 'World Record Breaker' then join Capital Breakfast's Dan Kelly for the Nurishment active Keepy Uppy Challenge on Friday 2nd November between 12 and 3pm at the Metchley Park Playing Fields in Harbourne.

How It Works: All you have to do is keep the ball in the air for 10 seconds using any part of your body except your arms, and hands.

If you are 16 or over come and show us your flair and be part of the world record attempt, especially as everyone who get involved will get a Football, T-Shirt and Nurishment active goody pack to take home!
