Nicki Minaj, Record Breaker! ‘Anaconda’ Sets A New VEVO Record For Most Views In 24Hrs!

The world has been well and truly captivated with Nicki Minaj’s buns – she’s broken the record for most video views in 24hrs!

We don’t blame you if you watched Nicki Minaj’s ‘Anaconda’ video on repeat – seriously, how does she get her butt to move like that?! – you wouldn’t have been the only one…

Nicki Minaj has broken the VEVO record for the most video views in 24hrs with her latest offering, which racked up an incredible 19.6million watches in one day, making it their most watched video premiere ever!

The record previously belonged to Miley Cyrus who got 19.3million views in one day for her ‘Wrecking Ball’ video release in September 2013.

It’s not the first time Nicki has held the record – she held the record twice in 2012 with her own track in January and her feature on Justin Bieber’s ‘Beauty and a Beat’ in October.  

‘Anaconda’ is the second single from Nicki’s third studio album ‘The Pinkprint’ which is to be released later this year.
