Since starring in American Horror Story: Apocalypse as the Antichrist Michael Langdon, Australian actor Cody Fern has become a huge fan favourite - and has cemented himself as a fashion icon after turning looks at the Golden Globes and the Met Gala. Cody was born in Southern Cross, Western Australia, a few hours outside of Perth. And yes, he has an Australian accent in real life. [Getty]
Cody plays the grown-up version of Michael Langdon, the son of human Vivien Harmon and ghost Tate Langdon, who was last seen as a toddler in Murder House (season one). It was explained by Billie Dean Howard (Sarah Paulson) that the child of a human and a spirit would bring around the Antichrist and the end of days. Michael is said to be that Antichrist. [FX]
Joining the cast for a second season, Cody plays Xavier, an aerobics instructor from LA who ends up getting a job at Camp Redwood for the summer. He invites his friends out for a summer of fun which quickly descends into deadly chaos. [FX]
As well as Michael in Apocalypse and Xavier in 1984, Cody Fern has also played a handful of characters across the American Horror Story universe. Cody returned to the main series as Valiant Thor in Double Feature: Part Two. He’s also appeared in two episodes of spin-off American Horror Stories. Cody played Stan Vogel in season 1’s ‘Feral’ and Thomas Browne in season 2’s ‘Milkmaids’. [FX]

Cody Fern plays Duncan Shepherd in the final season of House of Cards on Netflix. Duncan the “ambitious and devoted son of Annette Shepherd (Diane Lane), who represents the next generation of DC power players.” [Netflix]
Cody Fern has appeared in numerous short films; ‘Hole In The Ground’, ‘Still Take You Home’, ‘Drawn Home’, ‘The Last Time I Saw Richard’ (pictured) and ‘Pisces’. He also appears in the 2022 film, 'Father Stu' which also stars Mark Wahlberg.
The Tribes of Palos Verdes is a 2017 American coming-of-age drama film about a family who moves to Palos Verdes and soon their troubles start catching up with them. Cody plays Jim Mason, the son of Jennifer Garner’s character Sandy and twin brother of Maika Monroe’s character Medina.
