6. Who is Anubis?
Meet Anubis, 19, from Brighton. Anubis describes herself as "campy and wacky" and she's a talented singer. Anubis' name was inspired by her Egyptian heritage. She said: "My dad was Egyptian and when he passed away about three years ago, I wanted a name that paid homage to him - Anubis is the Egyptian god of the afterlife. It’s my tribute to him." Anubis' pronouns are she/her in drag and he/him out of drag. [BBC]
