The 'Never Be A Right Time' rapper says the 'Heaven' singer is a lovely girl and he always enjoys working with her on new music.
Professor Green says it's impossible for people to dislike Emeli Sande.
The 'At Your Inconvenience' rapper worked with the 'Daddy' singer on his single 'Read All About It', which topped the Vodafone Big Top 40 this summer, and has said he loves getting to sing alongside her.
"Performing with Emeli is always a pleasure," the rapper told Capital FM. "We have a really good vibe on stage.
"She is [a lovely girl]. You can't dislike her," he explained. "She's a brilliant songwriter, amazing voice, not bad looking and she's nice. So you can't even hate her."
The 'Just Be Good To Green' rapper joined Emeli on stage during her performance at Capital FM's Jingle Bell Ball 2011 and has openly admitted hopes to record more music with the 'Heaven' singer in the future.
However, when asked if the two would ever become more than just friends Pro. Green insisted it was something neither of them were interested in.
He added: "We're mates. That would be like, do you fancy your sister?"
Earlier this month Emeli Sande was named winner of the BRIT Awards Critics Choice Award for 2012 and will be presented with the prize at the official ceremony in February next year.
