Tinchy Stryder has revealed he has twice had to turn down the chance to meet the U.S rapper claiming he was busy both times.
Stryder told SBTV: "Every time he came over here, I was too busy."
"It wasn't like I was purposefully too busy for him, it was more when he came to London, I wasn't in London as I was touring.”
The pair have since met up in Manchester where they were able to sign a business deal that will see Tinchy's own management company (Takeover) merge with Jay Z's Roc Nation.
The iproject, dubbed Roc Nation Takeover, will push new talent on both sides of the Atlantic and promote tours.
Stryder releases next single ‘Let It Rain’ on January 24th
