They're the self-proclaimed Kings of the JBB - and Years & Years TOTALLY deserved the title after their incredible live set!
It was Olly, Mikey and Emre's debut performance at Capital's Jingle Bell Ball with Coca-Cola and it's safe to say the lads totally SMASHED it - no mean feat in front of a crowd of 16,000 at London's O2 Arena!
Years & Years' set was one of the most anticipated performances of the weekend, and it's no surprise given they have had 2015's biggest debut album by a British band and sold over 1 million copies of their debut single 'King'! Olly donned the sparkliest outfit we've ever seen - perfect for the Jingle Bell Ball!
They kicked off their set with 'Shine', arriving on stage to deafening screams from the #CapitalJBB crowd, before performing Olly's uplifting "personal torch", 'Eyes Shut' with Olly on piano and the crowd singing along with them as the stage filled with mist - gorgeous!
As well as their own chart-toppers, the boys brought a FANTASTIC cover of Britney Spears' 'Toxic' to the Ball - and we were totally #OBSESSED with their reworking of this particular pop classic. Olly told the crowd, "So happy to playing JBB I can't tell you. Thank you to Capital for having us and thanks to Jason Derulo for taking his top off!" - cheeky!
Olly Alexander's faultless vocals kept the audience under his spell throughout the set, before the band finished with their biggest hit, 'King' from their chart-topping debut album 'Communion'.
The fans clearly couldn't get enough of Years & Years' performance - and didn't hesitate to rave about how AMAZING they were on Twitter!
