McFly are Tom Fletcher (lead vocals and guitar), Danny Jones (lead vocals and guitar), Dougie Poynter (backing vocals and bass guitar) and Harry Judd (drums).

  • The band's name originates from Marty McFly, the lead character of the Back to the Future trilogy.
  • Their debut album 'Room on the 3rd Floor' is certified as double platinum.
  • It meant they are the youngest band EVER to have an album debut at No.1– a title taken from The Beatles.
  • The band's second album, 'Wonderland', also debuted at No.1.
  • Tom originally auditioned for Busted but lost out on the place to Charlie Simpson.
  • Dougie has previously dated and lived with Frankie from the girl band 'The Saturdays'.
