Official website: www.jamesmorrisonmusic.com

The loveable James Morrison has won a legion of fans with his raw bluesy music. We first saw him in a small London club in 2006; it was just him and his guitar, but the short set was simply mesmemrising. James has an inimitable voice with a wide vocal range. It soars and swoops over stings in tracks such as Wonderful World, but gently caresses simple piano chords on tracks such as 'You Make It Real'.

He reckons he developed his distinctive voice when he was just a mere baby. Apparently he developed a severe bout of whooping cough when he was a toddler and he believes that it was this illness that shaped his voice!

  1. I don't know what all the hype is with this boring guy he has no stage presence whats so ever and I must admit I nearly dozed off when he took to the stage, and I might say some of his notes were off key too.
    SORRY.

  10. James morrison is awesome in concert. I have only seen him twice, once at Thetford Forest and again at the UEA Norwich, both times...GREAT. I have been trying to buy tickets for his concert at The Royal Albert Hall in March but sold out. What a shame because when my friends and I first went to see him at Thetford he was'nt so popular.
