Tom from Tom & Claire runs the Central Health Derby 10k
RUNNING MY FIRST EVER 10K...WHAT HAVE I DONE!? | COUCH TO 10K VLOG • Tom Watts
Starting and finishing at Pride Park Stadium on Sunday 15th April, taking in Derby city centre's best known landmarks, it's going to be a real challenge for Tom.
He'll be the first to admit he's not built for long-distance running - you're definitely more likely to find him on FIFA, than a treadmill - he needs all the support he can get!
Track how Tom's 'Couch To 10k' training has gone below, but if he hates running so much, why's he doing it!?
Tom: "The death of someone very close to us is probably the hardest thing to deal with as an adult, but it must be so much tougher as a kid. That's where the Children's Bereavement Centre comes in - they're just one of the amazing projects supported by Global's Make Some Noise."
