The Wanted And One Direction Nominated For Radio Disney Music Awards 2013

Olly Murs and Taylor Swift are just some of the other artists nominated at this year's event.

The Wanted and One Direction are just some of the many artists to be nominated for this year's Radio Disney Music Awards 2013.

The 'I Found You' singers, who are currently out in Los Angeles filming their new E! reality series The Wanted Life, have been put up for Best Music Group at the annual ceremony opposite fellow British band One Direction.

'Little Things' singers One Direction are also up for Song Of The Year, while Taylor Swift also picked up a nomination in that category alongside a nod for Best Female Artist.

British singer-songwriter Olly Murs, who has launched his career in America over the past few months, also won two nominations in Best Crush Song and Best Acoustic Performance for his debut US single 'Heart Skips A Beat'.

This year's event will take place live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles with artists including Selena Gomez and Cher Lloyd all expected to perform.

The Radio Disney Music Awards 2013 takes place on 27th April with voting now open.
