The Wanted Come To Aid Of Teenage Fan Who Had Seizure After Meeting Band

The 'Gold Forever' stars dialed 999 after the female collapsed at Glasgow airport recently.

The Wanted reportedly came to the assistance of a female fan who fainted and started having a seizure when she met the 'Glad You Came ' singers over the weekend.

The boy band arrived at Glasgow airport ahead of their T In The Park Festival appearance when a group of teenage admirers spotted the stars.

The Sun reports that one fan was overcome with excitement that she fainted and had a seizure.

The band noticed what had happened and quickly phoned 999.

Singer Tom Parker told the publication: "It was as we pulled up at the airport that one of our fans collapsed on the floor. Nath stayed by her side while I called 999."

He admitted: "It was pretty frightening, but anyone would have done the same."

The band are currently working on their new studio album and have been in the studio with the likes of N-Dubz stars Dappy and Fazer recently.

Meanwhile, having already told Capital that they hope to team up for an upcoming tour with Chris Brown, the band have also expressed a desire to join Justin Bieber on his 'Believe' outing which kicks off later this year and will hit the UK in February 2013.
