JLS: 'happy' with worst band nomination

JLS has said that they are happy with being nominated in the Worst Band category at the NME Awards.

Speaking to The Daily Record Oriste Williams said: 'I'm a big fan of NME, so I'm actually happy that we made it in.

'Whether it's for a good thing or a bad thing, we've been recognised.

'To be totally honest, I was disappointed that NME would even put us up for that award because we've brought something really significant to music.

'We also do a lot of charity work. So if NME thinks JLS are the worst band for all the good we're trying to do, I'd have to question them.'
