The 'Proud' singers say the theme of their UK arena tour was inspired by trying to "reach infinity".

JLS star Marvin Humes has explained why the band's current UK tour is called the '4th Dimension' tour.

The 'She Makes Me Wanna' singers kicked off their British jaunt on Wednesday (14th February) in Liverpool, and the four-piece band have explained the concept behind the sci-fi themed show.

"It's the 4th dimension, the realm that no one's ever been to before," band member Marvin Humes told the Daily Star this week. "if you can accomplish the fourth dimension you can reach infinity.

"JLS can get there," he continued before JB Gill explained: "It's the world of the unknown.

The 'Take A Chance On Me' four-piece announce plans to embark on a new summer tour this year which will see them perform at eight open-air venues across the UK.

JLS are expected to announce some "exciting news" later today through their official website.
