Coldplay Kick Off Summertime Ball 2012 At Wembley Stadium

The 'Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall' band launch incredible day of live music.

Coldplay have taken to the stage to officially open this year's Summertime Ball at London's Wembley Stadium.

Eighty-thousand fans are inside the stadium waiting to watch one of the most exciting music events of the summer.

After Coldplay have completed their performance, which began with 'Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall', the band will be followed by the likes of Usher, Justin Bieber and Katy Perry.

The line-up for this year's event also includes Jessie J, The Wanted, Example and Cover Drive.

Ed Sheeran, Flo Rida, Kelly Clarkson, Rita Ora and Conor Maynard will also perform later today.
