Cher Lloyd more 'exciting' than Britney & Usher?

Cher Lloyd’s songwriter has revealed how the X Factor star is more ‘exciting’ to work with than Britney Spears and Usher.

Savan Kotecha, who writes for the US stars predicts Lloyd to be the most successful X Factor contestant since Leona Lewis.

Kotecha told the Daily Star “I’m not just writing for Cher, I’m A&R-ing Cher and it’s my mission to make her the biggest pop star on the planet.  She’s incredible. I can’t say enough good things about her."

“We put her in the studio with the world’s biggest producers and she blows them away. There’s a buzz around her as she’s so fresh and original.”

Savan added: “Cher is driving the project. I’m just guiding her as she has such a strong vision. What I aim to create is a real artist, somebody outside the whole X Factor thing.

“I’ve worked with stars from Britney to Usher and I’ve never been excited by anyone more than Cher. I promised I’d take her to the plate and let her swing at it.”

Cher’s first single is expected to be titled Swagger Jagger and drop at the end of June. Savan explained: “We call it Swag Pop as it’s so confident and fresh.”
