Gaga, Beyonce and Rihanna all made our poll of pop's best role models, but who came out on top?
Number 15 in our poll of pop's best role models, Capitalfm.com fans reckon The Xtra Factor host sets a good example.
"Vanessa and Rochelle aren't your typical stick thin popstars and we need more role models like that," said one fan, whose vote counted towards placing The Saturdays at number 14 in our best role models in pop poll.
Her ballsy attitude and enviable curves place Nicki Minaj at number 13 in our poll of best role models in pop.
Cher Lloyd's swagger places her at number 12 in our list of pop's best role models as voted for by Capitalfm.com fans.
Her ability to fight back through problems in her personal life has placed Cheryl at number 11 in our poll of pop's best role models as voted for by Capitalfm.com fans.
"She came from nothing, went to the top, went through crap in her life and is now back at the top," said one Britney fan, who thinks she's pop's best role model. Another fan commented: "Britney makes me stronger. She got through her problems and came back better than before." Britney is number 10 in our poll.
Mrs Brand comes in at number nine in our poll of pop's best role models.
"She has a great sense of humour, she's real and honest and she's no pushover," said one Adele fan who voted in our pop's best role models poll. "She challenges the norm and is comfortable in her own skin," said another. Others paid tribute to the singer's stature: "She shows the world there's nothing wrong with being curvy. She's a true role model for young people around the world who aren't the perfect weight."
They've only been around for a year, but already the boys are one of your biggest role models. As one fan commented: "They're not popstar divas; they go with the flow and chill with their fans."
Riri was voted number 6 in our poll of best role models in pop.
The Candian superstar proves to his fans "anyone can do anything if they just believe". Bieber comes in at number 5 in our best role models in pop poll as voted for by Capitalfm.com fans.
"She's a real woman with real curves," commented one Beyonce fan who voted the former Destiny's Child singer their best role model. Another commented: "She works hard and she gives all to her fans when it comes to live performances." "She's independent, classy, unique and strong," said another.
"They're genuinely nice guys who love and care for their fans and work very hard," said one JLS fan. Another commented: "They show you you can achieve your dreams if you never give up."
