Usher: "The Wanted Are A Part Of The Family" - Audio

The 'Climax' star tells Capitalfm.com that he is pleased to see the British boy band achieve success in the US and praised their fan base.

Usher has confessed he is pleased to see The Wanted enjoying great success in the US and called them "a part of the family".

The 'OMG' star told Capitalfm.com that he thinks the boy band have something really "cool" and praised them for going against the grain and took time to mention the support of their fan base.

He said: "They are indirectly a part of the family because we are all kind of together, through Scooter [Braun], however, it's really great to see what's going on with them – to go against the grain – I really think that it's cool. I think what they've got going is pretty cool in terms of their fans."

The 'Warzone' stars are currently in Canada on the latest leg of their promotional campaign and have made several high profile US TV appearances and will take to the stage on 'American Idol' this Thursday (5th April).

Meanwhile, Usher is currently putting the finishing touches on his new studio album and exclusively told Capital that he has been working in the studio with Labrinth.
