The 'You & I' singer has revealed how the show's elaborate staging was created on each night of the tour.

Lady Gaga has been getting nostalgic about her 'Born This Way Ball' world tour and marked one year since the tour launch with a video showing the tour's elaborate stage being constructed.

The 'Judas' star was forced to cancel a number of remaining dates on the tour two months ago, after suffering a serious hip injury, but looked back on the hugely popular tour over the weekend in a previously unseen video.

Gaga posted a time-lapsed video that gives fans a revealing look at the work that went into building the tour's elaborated staging, which includes a huge fairytale castle at the back of the stage.

The sped up video shows hundreds of 'Born This Way Ball' tour workers completing the mammoth task, as well as building Gaga's Monster Pit in the middle of the arena, before also showing the stage being deconstructed after the show.

The newly posted video is set to the music of 'Scheiße', a track from Gaga's 2011 album 'Born This Way'.

Last week the US star unveiled a newly dyed platinum hairstyle, after being a brunette for much of the past year, while out for dinner with friends.

Lady Gaga is widely expected to return with her new album 'ARTPOP' this autumn.
