Katy Perry "Excited" For Grammy Awards 2012 Live Performance

The 'I Kissed A Girl' singer has finished her rehearsals for this weekend's ceremony.

Katy Perry has revealed that she is looking forward to performing live at this Sunday's (12^th February) Grammy Awards 2012.

The 'Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F)' star will be making her first appearance on stage for a TV broadcast in the country since news broke of her marriage breakdown to comedian Russell Brand.

Taking to her Twitter account earlier today (9^th January), the star tweeted: "Just finished rehearsals for Grammy's... I'm. so. excited. #somethingscooking ." 

She will join the likes of Rihanna, Chris Brown and Adele – who is making her live return since undergoing throat surgery last year.

Meanwhile, Katy could be set to take one of the vacant judge's seats on The X Factor USA after Simon Cowell recently revealed that it would be "fun" to work with the star.
