The 'Boyfriend' star's new video was viewed over ten million times in the first 24 hours of its release.

Justin Bieber has reclaimed his record on VEVO with the release of his brand new music video for 'Beauty And A Beat'.

The 'As Long As You Love Me' singer unveiled the video for his latest single on Friday (12th October) after a week promoting the highly anticipated clip, and has now broken the record for the most views in 24 hours.

Justin's new video was viewed 10.6 million times in just 24 hours after its release on Friday, overtaking the previous record held by One Direction's 'Live While We're Young', which reached 8.24 million views in one day after its release in September.

The Canadian pop singer previously held the record for most views earlier this summer after his lead 'Believe' single 'Boyfriend' reached eight million views on VEVO.

The 'Beauty & A Beat' revealed that recent threats made against Justin, about releasing personal footage, were actually a prank to promote the video.

Nicki Minaj also features in the single and video as a guest artist and promised fans ahead of the unveiling that his video will "change the game".
