The 'Feel So Close' producer admits the Bajan star's voice worked much better then his own on the number one smash hit single.

Calvin Harris has admitted that when he first heard Rihanna's voice on their collaborative single 'We Found Love' he was blown away.

The DJ confessed to Capital FM that the success of the song is down to the power of her female vocal.

"The first time I heard her vocal on the track – that blew me away. It was much better then the vocal I performed. It was amazing.

"I think generally with dance music a soaring female vocal works very well, and the fact that it's her and she hasn't done anything like that before gives it a bit of extra added value, "he revealed.

The controversial video for the song was recently named the most watched video on Capital FM in 2011.

Meanwhile, Calvin has also been announced as one of the acts set to perform at the 2012 Wireless Festival in London's Hyde Park alongside Jessie J and Labrinth.
