"I don't blame her, I didn't think she's this awful person or bad person."

Trisha Paytas is known for pulling some controversial stunts (like getting married to a Brad Pitt cardboard cutout…) but she seems to actually be pretty apologetic about the end of her friendship with Gabi DeMartino.

Basically, Trisha got into a very public fight with Gabi's friend Gabbie Hanna over a rumour that Trisha has herpes. Gabi D then got thrown into the middle of the argument when Trisha leaked their private text messages. Gabi accused Trisha of "manipulating" her and blocked her on social media.

Trisha has now apologised for her part in the disagreement with Gabi D in a YouTube video (where else?) titled "the Gabi situation…" The beginning of the footage was filmed just days before all the beef started, when Trisha and Gabi were still close. It was also filmed shortly after Trisha's $150,000 Lamborghini was stolen and her custom pink Mercedes G-Wagon was also broken into.

In the video, Trisha travelled to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, to film the Blood Queens Christmas special with her sister. The YouTube series is a spin-off of Fox's Scream Queens and was created by Gabi in 2017. Gabi cast Trisha in the show, having been a longtime admirer of her.

The YouTuber called Gabi "sweet" after she put Trisha and her sister up in a luxury hotel during their stay. "Gabi might be the sweetest YouTuber I've met," she said. "Just like, sweet. A sweet sweet person. She is kind and so sweet, she's just like a regular girl and not a YouTuber which is a good thing."

Trisha filmed her scenes and met Gabi's boyfriend and friends, even sleeping over at her house. However, by the end of the video, Trisha had returned home and the whole drama had already happened. Trisha reflected on the time she had spent in Pennsylvania and how much fun she had after a stressful time.

"I hate how it ended between me and this person… I'm just going to go ahead and say her name – Gabi DeMartino," she explained. "Her and her sisters were so nice and her friends were so nice to me and it was such an amazing experience. I personally sent an apology because she had apologised to me and I felt really bad because I didn't accept it because I was on the defensive and I kind of felt like hurt and betrayed by the whole thing and then I realised that she was being genuine and I know genuine people. I spent a week with her and I don't think her intentions were bad at all."

She added: "Gabi DeMartino, I just feel like this was just a bad miscommunication. This is in no way me sucking up to her, I truly believe in the power of forgiveness without having to be, like, besties with the person. I really like her and I think we're a lot, a lot alike and that's why it sucks this whole situation. And to be honest I feel like this whole situation was manipulated in a very very bad wrong way and I didn't ask for it and, you know, she didn't ask for it but here we are.

"So, anyway I just want to say this publicly as well because I did mention her publicly. I've always kind of said that I don't blame her, I didn't think she's this awful person or bad person, this is a situation that has been going on for years."

Trisha went on to say that she doesn't know if her scenes on Blood Queens will even air anymore because of the fall out with Gabi, but she still had a good experience and she was "honoured" to be in it regardless.

She continued: "I truly loved… love her and, like, respect her and I think what she does is amazing."
