Shane Dawson recently took a break from the internet after people made negative comments about his weight.
Shane Dawson has clapped back at trolls body-shaming him in a new YouTube video called "Addressing My Weight Gain...".
Last month (Feb 19), Shane Dawson stated that he was "gonna take a break from the internet for a bit" after he revealed that fans were criticising his weight. He tweeted a screenshot of a comment under his latest video which read: "I love Shane but it's a damn shame to watch him putting all this weight back on while everyone around him laughs and enables it."

Now Shane has released a new video to his ShaneGlossin beauty channel in which he addresses the comments head on.
Shane opens the video in his gym saying: "My only response is gonna be fuck you. People that make fun of people's weight. People that attack people's weight. Literally, fuck you. You're gonna die soon. I know it. I can feel it. I'm a psychic." He then more seriously says: "I wasn't gonna address the fat comment thing. I was having a bad day. I was feeling sensitive."
Shane adds: "But I do think maybe there's a good lesson a) don't let things people say about you on the internet bother you. They will but try not to let them bother you and b) whatever people are saying about you is just a projection of how they feel about themselves or they just want attention."
He continues: "I did the wrong thing by feeding into it, pun intended, and I almost threw up that night, I almost did, but I just ate more instead."
Shane ends the video saying: "I'm not going to be talking about my weight anymore, I'm not going to be making jokes about my weight anymore."
Addressing My Weight Gain...
Fans immediately began praising Shane for being so open in his video and calling out those who commented on his weight. One person tweeted: "You look great. Don't let anyone talk you down!"
Another added: "that you even have to do this makes me so mad... your weight is nobody’s business. you have given the world so much kindness, joy and laughter."
