The "shelfie belfie" pose is the latest Instagram trend and it's ridiculous

Ladies, (or anybody for that matter) get into formation because it's almost holiday season, which means it's time to stunt on the 'gram.
Whether you'll be in Los Angeles, Bali or your local lido this summer, it's the perfect opportunity to try out a new pose on Instagram and give your jealous ex hell.
By now we've all absolutely nailed the Strandid and the Bambi, but it's predicted summer 2k19 will be all going to be about the "shelfie belfie" – and it's already all over Instagram.
It's pretty simple to pull this one off, and you've probably seen it floating around social media before, all you need is some sort of ledge and swimwear to really maximise the view of peach.
Just grab your nearest pool edge and plonk yourself down. The idea is that this seated position pushes your butt up and makes it appear higher and more plump, and if you're feeling brave, give yourself a wedgie for maximum bootyliciousness.
Next, keep your back straight and either look into the distance for an air of mystery or directly down the camera lens if you're feeling particularly confident.
Now obviously you'll need a willing cameraman if you want to get the perfect shot, or if you're quick on your feet, a self-timer and a propped up camera could work wonders.
