Tenovus Cancer Care Goodnight Walk 2015
Be a star and light up the night!
Join the Capital Breakfast Show’s Polly James at Tenovus Cancer Care’s Goodnight Walk on Saturday 16th May at 10pm and help walk 7,000 miles in one night to make sure they can be there for more cancer patients and their loved ones.
This year we hope the Goodnight Walk will raise over £50,000 to help keep their free Support Line open 365 days a year.
Being faced with a diagnosis of cancer is frightening.
But with your help, the Support Line nurses can always be there to answer questions, give practical advice and offer emotional support.
Last year, Tenovus Cancer Care handled nearly 9,000 calls and want to make sure that next year, they’ll be there for thousands more, whatever day of the week it is.
Upon this starry May night, we really hope you'll join us on the Goodnight Walk.
Registration is £12, although teams of four or more will still be able to register for only £10 per person.
Sponsorship
All walkers are asked to pledge to raise £45 in sponsorship to help reach the £50,000 target, which couldn’t be achieved without your support. Your sponsorship money will help Tenovus Cancer Care support even more cancer patients and their loved ones, across Wales.
