The Color Run™ 5k is coming back to Sunderland! The only question is: Are you ready for the craziest, most colourful 5k of your life? You bet you are. Run the course solo or even better - bring your friends along!

On Sunday 20th September 2015 the Color Run will be back to fill Sunderland with some of the brightest colours you'll see!

Check out the video from last year to give you a teaser of what you could be part of! Famous for being the ‘Happiest 5k’ on the planet, The Color Run is an un-timed event that groups of friends, families and colleagues across the UK have embraced in epic style.

This 5K will take you through zones where you'll be doused in colour then push your way on to the finish where all runners will then be joining together to have one of the most colourful parties EVER!

Our Street Stars will also be there to make sure no one gets through the Capital Zone clean...

Only three rules apply...

Rule #1 All participants are welcome… fast, slow, runner, walker, old, and young.
Rule #2 White shirt dress code at the official start line and ready to roll!
Rule #3 Completely colourful Willy-Wonka goodness at the finish.
