The 'Talk That Talk' singer loves working out and eating healthily to stay in shape.
Rihanna's personal trainer has revealed the 'You Da One' singer "loves" making sure she stays in shape.
The 'We Found Love' star follows a strict diet and exercise regime to keep herself toned, but has reportedly developed a real interest in looking after her health and and staying fit.
"She is so connected to her body," the singer's trainer Ary Nunez told The Metro this week. "She used to work out because it was part of her responsibility but now she works out because she loves it!
"It's more about feeding her to perform," she explained. "She is big on protein."
The 'Talk That Talk' singer showed off her toned body earlier this week in a promotional campaign for her new Armani lingerie and jeans range.
Rihanna is currently on holiday in Hawaii taking a short break from her music career after touring for the majority of 2011.
Earlier today (18th January) pictures emerged on Twitter of Rihanna posing in a silver bikini during her Hawaiian vacation.
