One Direction singer Zayn Malik and Little Mix star Perrie Edwards have defied reports that their relationship is on the rocks by posing for an intimate picture on a zoo date.
The couple can be seen looking cozy in the image as they wrap up in warm winter coats and put on their biggest smiles.
The pair began dating when they met on the X Factor in 2011 and have been forced to endure headlines surrounding their relationship ever.
The 'Wings' singer also retweeted a message from a fan who defended the boyband singer over allegations he cheated on her.
The couple spent the day at Knowsley Safari Park in Merseyside as Little Mix continue their UK tour.
It's been a tough few weeks for the One Direction man who was also rumoured to be leaving the band.

A representative for the group have since quashed such reports insisting the 'Gotta Be You' star has no intention of quitting the band.
