Lady Gaga's mum joins 'Monster Ball' tour

Lady Gaga's mother has joined her tour to help keep an eye on her daughter.

Cynthia Germanotta is reportedly joining the singer on her tourbus to help tame her wild lifestyle.

'She may be one of the biggest, and strangest pop stars in the world but her relationship with her parents is very traditional,' a source told The Sun.

'Her mum thinks she drinks too much and doesn't eat enough. She has gone along to keep an eye on her boozing and feed her up.'

Gaga - real name Stefani Germanotta - collapsed on stage while on tour in Japan last year.

The singer has also previously revealed she has been tested for the potentially fatal disease lupus.
