Lady Gaga: "Adele Deserved Every Grammy Award She Won"

The 'Bad Romance' star believes the British singer should have even took home an extra prize for being such a "kind and lovely woman".

Lady Gaga has praised Adele following her triumph at the Grammy Awards 2012 on Sunday (12^th February).

The 'Marry The Night' star took to her Twitter account yesterday to state what a "beautiful" night the event was and how she believed the 'Rolling In The Deep' star deserved each and every one of her six awards.

"What a beautiful night last night was, Adele deserved every award she won and perhaps an extra one for being such a kind and lovely woman," she tweeted.

Gaga lost out to Adele in all three categories she was nominated in but showed nothing but admiration for her fellow artist.

The 'Telephone' star does already have five Grammys to her name after picking up gongs in 2010 and 2011.

Meanwhile, the singer recently unveiled the first of her 'Born This Way Ball' world tour dates and is scheduled to announce more dates in the forthcoming weeks as she looks to play 110 shows in total during 2012 and 2013.
