Watch as the '99 Problems' star performs 'Young Forever' in honour of the former South African President.

Jay-Z can be seen dedicating his song 'Young Forever' to the late Nelson Mandela.
The former South African President passed away this month and a special memorial service was held this week.

Ever since the news broke of Mandela's death, the musical world has been paying their own tributes.

"We want to dedicate this song to Nelson Mandela. A great man," Hov declared to his audience at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. "Spent 27 years in prison, came out to be president…All dreams are possible."

"Tonight I'm living my dream in front of y'all. So anyone out there who got a dream, y'all chase that mother***** down as hard as you can. Let that great man [Mandela] stand as an example of what you can do."

Meanwhile, Jay-Z was the top nominated star for next year's Grammy Awards after scooping a total of nine nods.
