RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Stoneacre Fitty 500 breakfast promotion’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 6am on Monday 28th July 2014 to 4pm on Thursday 14th August 2014.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
1. Text in the winning code along with their town/city to 81156 to be in with a chance of winning.
Entrants can get hold of the text on the side of the branded Capital/Stoneacre Fiat 500 which will down be at Meadowhall on 1st August (10am – 8pm) or to Monks Cross Shopping Centre on 2nd August and in Scunthorpe Town Centre on 8th August and Grimsby Town Centre on 9th August between 11am - 4pm

Spot the branded Fiat 500 which the Street Stars will be driving around the region between Monday 10th – Thursday 14th August during rush hour (7am-9am & 4-6pm except on Thursday 14th August 7am-9am only). Or
Entrants can go along to their nearest Stoneacre dealership to get the code.
2. Listeners will have to find the winning code and text the code and their town/city to 81156 to be entered into the competition to win the Fiat 500.
Entry will open at 6am on Monday 28th July 2014 and close at 4pm on Thursday 14th August.
3. On Thursday 14th August between 4-5pm three of the overall text entries will be selected at random to go head to head in the On Air Final on Friday 15th August on the Breakfast Show between 8-10am. These winners will be required to come into the studio.
4. The winner will be selected via an on-air challenge involving listeners texting in to decide who wins.
Eligibility:
5. Entrants will need to be 17 years and over.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
6. The three finalists will need to be available between 7am – 10am on Friday 15th August to come into the Capital 105 studio in Leeds to take part in the on air final, no transport will be provided.
Prize:
7. The prize is a Fiat 500 1.2 Pop in white Petrol new 64 reg. The prize is non transferable and there will be no prize alternative.
As the car is a brand new 64 plate it will not be available to the winner until 1st September 2014, but the winner will have use of one of the branded Fitty 500’s used for the promotion until this date. The winner will need to provide their own insurance and fuel, the first year’s tax will be included.
