Charge Over Leeds Teenager Stabbing

Police have charged a 27 year old man after a teenager was stabbed to do death in Leeds.
A 27 year old man from the Woodhouse area of Leeds is charged with the murder of 17 year old Kieran Lee Butterworth.
Kieran died after being stabbed multiple times in the chest, in broad daylight on Back Seaforth Road in Harehills on Tuesday.
The 17 year old was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Leeds General Infirmary where he died a short time later.
The 27 year old is due to appear before Leeds Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.
