CCTV Of Violent Rape In Leeds

Detectives investigating the attempted murder and rape of a woman in Leeds have released 'horrific' CCTV of the attack taking place.

The edited footage shows the 18 year old woman being dragged from the bus stop on Beeston Road into a nearby garden on Friday 6th March.

She was struck over the head numerous times with a rock, raped and 'left for dead'. 

She suffered serious head injuries and a fractured hip.

The CCTV is part of the ongoing appeal for any information that could help in identifying the suspect.

Police are looking to speak to anybody who was in the area at the time.
