ON-AIR COMPETITION RULES
February 2011
RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/on-air-competition-rules apply to ‘The One Plan’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 21.02.2011 to 25.02.2011 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Stations" are: The Capital Network (Capital Scotland, Capital North East, Capital Yorkshire, Capital Manchester, Capital East Midlands, Capital South Wales, Capital Birmingham, Capital South Coast and Capital London)
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant send a text message with the word “win” to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
1.2 The presenter will ask a question each day. Listeners will be asked to text in the word ‘win’ followed by their answer.
1.3 An entry will be chosen at random from all eligibility entries.
1.4 All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone, answer their phone but fail to be available shortly thereafter to record a call, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random. If the caller is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected.

3. To enter the competition you must be:
- 18 years old or over at the time of entry
- and where relevant: Winners and all accompanying persons should hold a valid passport that expires no earlier than (six months from return date), and should be eligible to travel to and stay in relevant destinations and be able to travel on relevant dates.

Travel insurance (e)
(a) Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Must be booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. Travel excludes bank holidays and school holidays.
(b) Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on an all inclusive basis.
(c) Restrictions apply to certain meals and beverages. Reservations required for dinner if a la carte is chosen.
(d) Local fees may apply for certain activities/equipment use.
(e) Subject to normal terms of acceptance

Wednesdays Prize

Terms & conditions:
(a) Winner must be available to travel on Friday 21st October 2011. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from your nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest.
(b) Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (your choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
(c) Tickets are subject to availability and exclude secondary market tickets and all festivals. Tickets will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and exclude sold out events.
(d) Subject to normal terms of acceptance.
