RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Samsung Online competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 4th September  2017 to Sunday 17th September 2017 on Capital (the ‘radio station’)

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.capitalfm.com/win/ answer the question correctly and register their details.  
4.    Entry will open on Friday 8th September at 15:00 and close Sunday 17th September 2017 23:59:59

Eligibility:

5.    Entrants and their guest must be aged 21 years old or over and have valid passports.
6.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

7.    Return flights for two people to Ibiza

8.    Return private transfers from the airport to the hotel

9.    3 Nights accommodation at the Hotel Royal Plaza Ibiza -Ibiza
Town

10.    Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning

Prize Terms and Conditions:

14.    Winner and their guest must be available between the 22nd September 2017 and 25th September 2017.
15.    Outbound flight will depart from London City Airport at 07:15 and arrive into Ibiza Airport at 10:40. Return will depart from Ibiza airport at 16:05 and arrive into London City Airport at 17:30.

16.    Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges.

17.    Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.

18.    Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two sharing a double room with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
19.    Tourism Tax for the duration of the winner’s stay, will be payable locally to the hotel upon check-out.
20.    IBZ Boat PartyTickets will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable.
21.    Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase. Entrance is based on a right of admission reserved policy. Entrance to the venue cannot be guaranteed and is at the doorman’s discretion, people must be aged over 21 and over. Passport ID may be required.

23.    Should the Samsung Galaxy S8 product be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice
24.    All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.

25.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them

26.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
