1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Charities ("Global Charities") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.makesomenoise.com/terms-conditions/ ) apply to the ‘Global’s Make Some Noise Text Competitions’ ("the Competition") which will run from 6am on Monday 5th October 2015 – 5:30pm on Thursday 8th October 2015 (“the Duration”).
2. The "Radio Station" advertising the competition is Capital Network and Heart Network.
3. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from Global Charities.

4. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word HOLLYWOOD to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rate. If you text after the closing time you will not be entered but may still be charged. The Text Message Line will open at 6am on Monday 5th October 2015 (the “Opening Time”) and close at 5:30pm on Thursday 8th October 2015 (the “Closing Time”).
5. After entering the Competition, participants will receive a bounceback text message informing them that a voluntary donation to Global’s Make Some Noise (registered charity 1091657 (England & Wales) & SC041475 (Scotland)) of £3 will be taken automatically an hour (60 minutes) after the time the first text was received, unless they reply with the word STOP. The £3 donation will be taken from the mobile phone used to enter the Competition and 100% of the donation will go to Global’s Make Some Noise.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, you do not need to donate in order to be eligible for entry to the competition. Anyone who replies STOP to the first bounceback message and thereby opts out of donating £3 to Global’s Make Some Noise will still be included in the prize draw.
7. After the Closing Time a random draw will take place of all eligible entries received between the Opening Time and the Closing Time to determine the winner. All winners will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the entrant fails to answer their phone, are driving, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random. The producer’s decision is final.
8. The winner will be notified that they have won using the number of the phone that their text entry was sent from. The winner may be required to answer their phone, talk to the presenter/s and a call recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. 
Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.

10. Entry is restricted to ten entries per mobile number. Additional entries will not be counted but may still be charged.

Prize
- This prize is for two people and includes flights for two people from London Heathrow to LA International airport, a four night stay at a luxury hotel provided by Twentieth Century Fox, an exclusive VIP tour of the Fox studios, two tickets to Madame Tussauds Hollywood plus a complementary shuttle to the Camarillo Premier Outlets with $250 to spend in their stores onsite.
- Flights are return economy class to Los Angeles International airport including all complimentary food, beverages and entertainment on board, and standard baggage allowance per passenger. Flight taxes are also included.
- Please note: that all prizes are subject to availability, so anticipated travel dates will need to be flexible as the requested seats may not always be available at the time of booking. Please avoid travel over school breaks and bank holiday weekends. To assist in this process, it is suggested that you plan your journey well in advance to avoid any disappointment.
- Please note that we can’t guarantee that we will be able to book specific fight times and can’t be held responsible for changes to flight schedules.
- The Twentieth Century Fox Prize for two adults to Los Angeles Includes: Return private airport transfers in Los Angeles, with airport meet and greet; four nights’ hotel accommodation at the Lowes Hollywood Hotel, based on sharing a double room; Daily breakfast; Return private transfers to Fox Studios; VIP Guided Tour of Fox Studios; Lunch at the commissary with a soft drink each; Private screening of a 20th Century Fox Release; On-site assistance in Los Angeles.
- A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel; It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion(s) to arrange suitable travel insurance prior to departure; All persons entering the US must meet US entry requirements.
- This prize includes two tickets to see The Late Late Show with James Corden being filmed in LA on a date to be confirmed.
- The dates for tickets to The Late Late Show are yet to be determined. Global charities will let winner know of available dates. These dates will be subject to availability and non negotiable.
- Prize is subject to availability; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
- Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended. - - Winner must be aged 21 or over for check-in at hotel; Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
-The prize excludes travel to and from domestic airport in the UK, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas, transfers, personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize; The prize excludes travel during UK and US school holidays and over bank holidays.
-The prize must be taken on set dates outside of these times specified by the promoter; dates will confirmed at least 60 days before departure and will include a Saturday night; Lunch at Fox Studios provided to the value of $25pp; all persons entering the US must meet US entry requirements.
- The Camarillo Premier Outlets prize is valid only at Camarillo Premium Outlets. Not redeemable against cash and is non refundable.
- Camarillo will issue a redemption letter that the winner must bring to the centre together with a valid photo ID to redeem against the Shopper Spree Gift Card. At least 7 days notice prior to the day of arrival are required to make all necessary arrangements. Shuttle transfer valid for maximum of 3 persons
- Prize valid for one year – 7th October 2016
- Once travel and accommodation have been booked, the prize cannot be amended.
- Whilst we will do all we can to book your trip on your preferred dates, this is not always possible and we ask that you provide 3 options as soon as possible after the auction and at least 4 weeks’ notice to make a booking. - More popular holiday periods for the destination get booked up quickly and there are no guarantees we will be able to offer your first choice.
- It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have the correct visa, valid passport and travel insurance.
-Tickets to Madame Tussauds are valid until 31st December 2016. Madame Tussauds Hollywood will be closed on 28th February 2016.
- The content of the prize may be subject to change and/or substituted with a prize of equal or greater value.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to change the date and substitute with another date.
- We require winner name, contact number, postal address & email to facilitate the prize.
- Not for resale, not transferable, there is no cash alternative. This is a charity auction and as such no refunds are given.
