RULES
- The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Win Tickets To See Jess Glynne Live In London’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 3rd August 2015 to Thursday 6th August 2015 on Capital Network (the “Radio Station”).
- Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the ON AIR Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
3. Send a text message with the keyword ‘WIN' to the station short code 83958 (the “Text Message Line”) when Jess Glynne’s song ‘Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself’ is played on the radio between 10pm – 11.59pm on the specified competition days, as above.
4. Competition rounds will take place from Monday 3rd August – Thursday 6th August 2015.
5. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.
6. Entrants will have the duration of the song to enter the competition. Any texts received after this period will not be counted but you may still be charged.
7. From all correct Entrants, one Entrant will be randomly selected, brought to air, and awarded their prize.
8. The winner will be notified and awarded their prize on air.
Eligibility:
9. Entrants must be 18 years of age, or older.
10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
11. The winner will receive one Pair of Tickets to see Jess Glynne perform an exclusive intimate gig live in Central London on the evening of Thursday 13th August 2015.
Prize Terms and Conditions:
12. Winners will contacted by Capital Radio on Friday 7th August 2015 to confirm full event details.
13. Winners will receive one pair of general admission tickets for the event. A £250 travel voucher towards travel and accommodation (this will be in the form of a BACS Transfer) and will be provided to any winners who live outside of the London/M25 area.
14. In the event of the concert being cancelled or postponed, the supply of alternative tickets will be at the discretion of the concert promoter.
15. The event organisers and venue reserves the right to exercise their entry policy for which Global Radio is not responsible
16. Global Radio cannot take responsibility for any artist cancellation, or delay.
17. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
