RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/.) apply to ‘Download and Win with Fiesta Friday’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on the 15/07/2011 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM.

1.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
2.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.capitalfm.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 06:00 on 15/07/2011 and close at 23:59 on 15/07/2011.

3.    An entry will be chosen at random from all eligibility entries.

Eligibility:
4.    To enter the competition you must be:

-    18 years old or over at the time of entry
-    Winners and any accompanying persons must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date for the holiday.  Winner and any accompanying person must obtain all visas, permissions and any other documentation required for entering and staying in the destination country.  The Radio Station is not liable for any costs associated with obtaining any such visas, permissions of documentation.  Should the winner not be able to obtain the relevant permissions and visas to travel, the Radio Station reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
-    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
5.  A trip for two to Tenerife

Prize includes:
o    Return economy flights for two people to Tenerife (a)
o    Return transfers from the airport to the hotel
o    3 Night’s accommodation at the 4 Star H10 Conquistador Hotel (b)
o    Breakfast in the hotel restaurant for two people each morning
o    Dinner in the hotel restaurant for two people each evening
o    A day pass for two adults to Aqualand Water Park (c)
o    Two tickets for a Banana Boat on Player de la Americas beach (d)
o    £150.00 spending money
o    Travel insurance (e)

Terms & Conditions:
(a) Travel is subject to availability and at the discretion of the organiser. Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Travel does not include July & August. The prize must be taken by 15th July 2012.

(b) Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two people sharing a twin or double rooms (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a half board basis (meals only). Any room extras incurred during your stay at the hotel (such as bar, room service and restaurant meals, not excluding breakfast) are not included in the prize and must be paid in full prior to departure.

(c) The park is open all year round. Height, age and health restrictions apply on certain rides.

(d) Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking. Height, age and health restrictions may apply and an ability to swim is essential.

(e) NDL will pay for and organise the travel insurance for the winner. Subject to normal terms of acceptance.
