RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/) apply to ‘Three Mobile – Prepare Yourself’ Instagram competition ("the Competition") which will run from 27/01/15 at 12:15 to 6/02/15 at Noon(“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM Network.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must open the Instagram app or go to Instagram.com/capitalofficial. Follow @capitalofficial on Instagram, if not already following.
Find the #grabtowin video first posted 27th January 2015 (or another date @CapitalOfficial has posted the video or reposted by @ThreeUK ). Screengrab the prize[s] you'd like to win when in the suitcase. Post the screengrab on Instagram using #grabtowin.
5 winners in total will be selected at random and contacted via Instagram to the Instrgram ID they submitted. One winner will be selected per prize category which they had screen grabbed.
By submitting an image to Instagram to the Radio Station you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such image; and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the image (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the video in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.
Winners will be notified 28 days of the competition closing via their Instagram account by @CapitalOfficial.
Eligibility:
· Entrants must be aged 16 years or over.
· Multiple entries are not permitted per prize category – duplicate entries will be removed. One entry per person per prize category.
- Entrants must follow @CapitalOfficial on Instagram so that winners can be notified.

Prize Terms and Conditions:
Please be aware, all prizes have been used in the filming of this Instagram game and therefore prize boxes are not sealed. The prize you receive will have been featured in the video.
Prizes are non transferable and no cash alternatives will be Offered.
Global Reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
