Terms And Conditions

TalkTalk on Capital Network, 16th October – 5th November

RULES

  • The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/digital/terms-conditions/competition (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions” of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘TalkTalk’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 16th October 2017 to 5th November 2017 on Capital Network (the “Radio Station”).
  • Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

  • To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to capitalfm.com, to the TalkTalk competition page and register their details.
  • Online entry will open at 00:01am on Monday 16th October and close at 23:59pm on Friday 5th November.
  • Entrants must complete a personality quiz to enter the prize draw.
  • From all eligible entries, one winner will be selected at random.
  • The winner will be notified via telephone within 7 days of the competition closing.

Eligibility:

  • Entrants must be 18 or over
  • Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Specific Prize Terms

  • Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. 

  • Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion. 

  • Xbox One X is subject to Xbox’s release date which can not be guaranteed. 

  • 12-month Netflix subscription is for the standard subscription only and will be provided in the form of a Netflix gift card to the value of £90.00. 

  • All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
