RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the ‘easyjet Capital Breakfast’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 10th April to Friday 28th April on Capital Network (excluding Capital London) (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.capitalfm.co.uk/and register their details. The entrant must answer one question on the competition page to be entered into the draw.
2. The competition will open at 06:00 on Monday 10th April and close at 23:39 on Friday 28th April 2017
3. 1 winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries received by Global Entertainment, and called within 7 working days to be told they have won.
Eligibility:
4. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
5. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prizes:
• 1 x pair of Standard return easyJet flights to any destination currently flown to by easyJet. Please see the easyJet website (www.easyjet.com) for departure and destination airports.
Prize Terms and Conditions:
• The winners of the competition will have to fill in a form and return to EasyJet/Global within 4 weeks to redeem the prize.
• Please note both passengers must travel together on the same flight and on the same date. They may travel within one year of booking (Bank Holidays, are excluded). The earliest they can travel is 4 weeks from the date of booking. The flight booking will also include one hold bag per person entitling them to 20kg per person.
• The Winner will be responsible for ensuring that they, and their travel companion, are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the Flights in question between the dates agreed.
• Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
easyjet Flights Terms and Conditions:
• The winners of the competition will have to fill in a form and return to EasyJet/Global within 4 weeks of receiving it to redeem the prize.
